Buggy Box is great way for new mums get back into shape after their new arrival.  This class is also suited for mums with toddlers, looking to get fit whilst socialising with other mums.

Buggy BoX is a boxing exercise class involving focus pad, body weight & core strengthening exercises. Buggy BoX is a fun & challenging workout, helping to improve your coordination, decrease stress, improve body composition and improve your overall health.
